All of our devices batteries has been tested and at least 80% of their initial charging capacity. And it is the high standard level in used cellphone industry.
Is the phone sells here unlocked?

Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide 30-Day warranty. We also provide 30-Day hassle-free return policy. The warranty does not support accidental damage, loss or theft but it covers all technical malfunctions. If you want to better protect your investment, we also offer a 12-month warranty at a super-low cost.
What do grades mean?
Our grades correspond to the visible state of the devices’ appearance. Our devices’ cosmetic conditions are graded as follows:
  • Mint - Pristine condition no signs of wear, our best and brightest

 

  • Excellent - minor tear and wear, minor scratches

 

  • Very Good - trace of wear, visible scratches, overall in Good Shape

 

  • Eco - visible wear, deep scratches (currently not sell to our end users)

All of our products are carefully packaged before being shipped. All products are sold with their corresponding and compatible accessories.
Why do I need to contact GL Wireless before I return my phone?
GL Wireless is a global retailer and whole seller. We have several locations that accept different type of devices. We receive lots of devices everyday. It is very hard for us to locate your returned device without an APPROVED RMA number. We cannot process the refund until the device is located and validated. To insure you get your refund or replacement quickly, PLEASE contact us before you return a device. Return WITHOUT approved RMA may result delay in refund.
